„Places to listen to and to get absorbed into the Soundtrack of Munich"

On site installation that aims for its people to interact with their surrounding. According to natural psychologists, the sound of nature not only relaxes us, but also demonstrably promotes better physical and mental health for city dwellers. Nature Unplugged captures the acoustic dimensions of nature in the city. Three wood sculptures as sound-catchers are an invitation to sit down and relax. Their structurally geometric forms amplify the acoustics of nature happening all around us. These “nature ampliers” not only oer the opportunity to escape the continuous wall of urban noise, but also to sharpen acoustic perception and to hear “silence” once again.
